     Marsha teaches the Quigon method of Tai Chi.  Anyone can come at any time.  The first half of the hour is spent loosening up muscles through toning exercises geared to the ability of those who attend.  Tai Chi is very helpful for those having trouble with balance and need a low-impact regime.

     There are two levels, beginning and advanced.  The beginning level is open to new people at any time.  When you have learned enough, you may go to the next level.

     TAI CHI is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The beginning group are is at 9:00 am, the advanced group at 10:15, and the intermediate group is at 11:30 am   All schedules are offered both days.
